6 Tips to achieve your emotional well-being during assisted reproduction
Experiencing certain emotions that are uncomfortable for us is part of the process of adapting to the new situation. 1. Don't fight against your unpleasant emotions.

5. Maintain good communication with your loved ones.
Take time out of the day to share your experiences with other close people. It is important that you express how you feel, people need to feel support and empathy in others and talking about emotions with family or friends allows us to digest them more naturally and fluently.
6. Don't let yourself be carried away by the thoughts that control your life or the bad news.
Take the reins. Remember, you are not your own thought, you are more than that, allow yourself to continue, although some physical sensations or thoughts hinder your way.
