After emailing Fiona a few months ago, she phoned me straight away and has been in constant contact ever since.
She has been reassuring, knowledgeable and has dealt with us in a personal manner instead of it being very formal like in the U.K.
All of the staff are personable and we felt at home as soon as we got there. The worries of being in a hospital in another country disappeared immediately.
After a slight hiccup with my reproductive system an alternative was thought of straight away and it was full steam ahead with no waiting. Couldn’t have asked for better treatment!
